Ethiopia: Appeal to stop war crimes against civilians and religious

The news coming from the Tigray Region - Ethiopia is shocking. Nobody turns their backs on the tears of raped women, children victims of chemical weapons, the entire region reduced to starvation. The criminal use of rape as a weapon of war that has not spared minors and nuns is an abomination.

A grave humanitarian crisis is unfolding in Ethiopia. 'I never saw hell before, but now I have.'

A grave humanitarian crisis is unfolding in Ethiopia. 'I never saw hell ...

Millions have been displaced, thousands killed, and reports of human rights violations are rampant as a civil wa ...

According to the news, the use of rape as a weapon of war has not spared the Catholic Sisters who carry out their mission in the Region. The use of hunger as a generalized tool of punishment to break all forms of resistance is starving over 5 million innocent civilians, including 100,000 Eritrean refugees in the region.

Urgent to convince the international community to intervene:

1. Stopping the massacres and violence in all forms

2. Ensure access to humanitarian aid throughout the territory

3. Establish an independent international commission of inquiry to ascertain all war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the past 7 months.

I ask the utmost attention and listen to the cries of pain of the populations, the urgent need for Peace throughout the Horn of Africa Region, I implore all the Chancelleries to make every effort to alleviate the pain of the population of the Tigray Region, which today it is the most suffering and tested by war, widespread violence, famine, and locusts that have devastated the little that was cultivated.

The Right of the most vulnerable and weakest is not a weak Straight! No one can say we did not know.
